Two Men's Tales of Therapy - Jindy on What Is A Good Life?

Jindy joined Mark McCartney, the founder of What Is A Good Life? to share their experiences with therapy, in part to break down stigma around what therapy is, how it works, how it positively impacted their lives & relationships, what you could expect from it, and to normalise it as a topic of conversation.

The data shows that whilst two in five men (43%) admit to regularly feeling worried or low (a figure that has risen over the last decade), they are far less likely to access talking therapies than women: only 36% of referrals to NHS talking therapies are for men.
